Early Life
Wilkiens Martin was born on December 28, 1995, in Grand Turk (T.C.I) and was raised in Providenciales after moving with his family at the age of 9. His first love was soccer, and he played as a defender for the AFC Academy and the Eagles.

Mr. Martin studied Culinary Arts at the local Community College, graduated as the class valedictorian, and went to work directly at Seven Stars Resort and Spa as an intern chef, later being promoted to cook.
In June 2016, he was chosen to be a part of the National Culinary Team. In June 2017, he competed in the Jr. Chef competition against other Caribbean countries and earned a gold medal.
